Repair Process

1) The first step is to clear any dirt or glass debris from the pit area, and/or remove any moisture from the damage.

2) Then we introduce resin to the damaged area.

3) The resin is forced in to the damage and air out using an alternating vacuum/pressure method.

4) The resin is UV activated and will bond the glass back together.

5) After this resin has cured we will then use resin to build up the pit area smooth with the glass and polish it.

6) This process usually takes about 20 to 30 minutes including cure time.
